The Alabama River Diversity Network (ARDN) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for the Confluence Grant project, focusing on reimagining public land usage in the heart of the Black Belt.

ARDN, a sponsored project of The Ocean Foundation (501c3), is currently seeking candidates for contract roles specific to our Confluence Grant project.   • The Project Assistant will support the Partnership Coordinator in collaborating collaborate with diverse stakeholders, oversee project activities, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure effective communication and reporting. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to conservation, community engagement, and cultural preservation efforts along the Alabama River while making a tangible impact on the surrounding communities.

  • The Development Associate will play a vital role in supporting fundraising efforts, cultivating donor relationships, and coordinating development activities to ensure the success of our project focused on reimagining public land usage in the heart of the Black Belt region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to conservation, community engagement, and cultural preservation initiatives along the Alabama River while making a meaningful impact on the local communities we serve.

  • The regional Facilitator Regional Facilitator Consultant, will play a pivotal role in orchestrating project meetings, fostering group discussions, and guiding other collaborative engagements crucial to our mission. Furthermore, you will serve as Ambassadors, utilizing your expertise and influence to champion the project and advocate for specialized interests that align with our cross-collaborative approach. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of conservation, community engagement, and cultural preservation initiatives along the Alabama River, while positively impacting the communities we serve.
